Within the framework of the qualification program for the citizen broker initiative, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman held the sixth training course for qualifying real estate brokers with the participation of 58 workers in the real estate sector. The course aimed at strengthening and developing the competencies of the participants and providing them with the necessary skills to practice real estate activities.

The training course centered on the ethics and code of honor for practicing real estate brokerage, in addition to real estate registration process, sale and transfer procedures, as well as rental system in the Emirate of Ajman. The course also contained an introduction to the owners association and its management.

The satisfaction rate for the course reached 96%. The participants received an intensive specialized program, which introduced them to the basic laws, regulations and concepts of real estate trading that qualify them to practice real estate brokerage in accordance with the ethics and procedures set by the department. This was in order to organize the work of real estate brokers and activate their key role in real estate market.
