Ajman lands finishes evaluating 735 real estate offices

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the completion of the process of classifying real estate offices within the framework of the third cycle of the real estate classification project, where the task of field evaluation was entrusted to 14 specialists who evaluated 735 real estate offices in the period from October to December 2021.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, appreciated the efforts of the evaluation teams that reviewed the performance of the concerned real estate offices and examined the evidence submitted before reviewing and approving them finally and announcing them officially at the closing ceremony scheduled to be held during the first quarter of this year, stressing that the Department was keen, before starting the field evaluation process, to present and explain the standards for all real estate offices through a series of training workshops and direct meetings in order to raise their awareness level and give them the opportunity to improve the level of services provided and prepare well for competition.

Al Muhairi stated that the initial evaluation reports indicated a marked improvement in the performance of real estate offices compared to the previous evaluation cycle. This means that the real estate classification project has been successful and has achieved the desired goals, especially those related to instilling and strengthening the culture of excellence among real estate offices and upgrading their performance to keep pace with the rapid growth rate that the real estate sector witnesses in the Emirate of Ajman.

For his part, Nasser Al Marzouqi, Director of the Real Estate Relations Department, said that the real estate classification project aims to classify real estate offices and buildings within carefully designed standards in accordance with the highest specifications adopted in this field, with a focus on compliance with regulations, laws, social responsibility, and aesthetic appearances in Ajman, and providing high-quality services with international standards comparable to developed countries in the world, praising the cooperation of real estate offices and their positive role in facilitating the work of field evaluation teams and providing them with the data and evidence necessary to complete their tasks.
